Elizabeth’s extensive career includes her previous role as Managing Counsel at Hoover-Krepelka, LLC, where she led teams of senior and junior attorneys, developed comprehensive paralegal programs, and implemented innovative internal protocols. As Managing Attorney at Modern Family Law, she supervised statewide legal teams and oversaw complex family law cases, demonstrating her exceptional leadership and legal expertise.

Her certification in mediation from the Strauss Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine School of Law and her training in collaborative law underscore her dedication to resolving disputes amicably and efficiently. She earned her Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law in 2003, where she was recognized with numerous accolades, including the Best Oral Advocate award and a scholarship for her outstanding work in domestic violence advocacy. Her undergraduate studies at the University of California, Santa Cruz, culminated in a double major in Legal Studies and Sociology, with honors including Phi Beta Kappa membership.
In addition to her legal practice, Elizabeth is deeply committed to social justice and community empowerment. Her extensive volunteer work in domestic violence advocacy includes creating and directing legal services programs at the Walnut Avenue Women’s Center in Santa Cruz.
