Kevin James O’Mahony, Esq.

Kevin James O’Mahony is an attorney duly licensed to practice law in California. He was born and raised in Dublin, Ireland and holds dual Irish and US citizenship. From a young age he knew he wanted to pursue a career as a lawyer. In 2008 Kevin graduated with distinction from UC Berkeley with a BA degree in Political Science. He went on to graduate from Santa Clara University School of Law in 2012. As a law student, Kevin received the Witkin Award for Academic Excellence in Opening Statements and Closing Arguments. Throughout most of his legal career Kevin has been practicing family law and he has a wealth of experience dealing with high conflict cases. He is passionate about helping people navigate the divorce process and deal with contentious child custody and visitation disputes. Among his many interests are music, movies and travel. He is semi-fluent in German and in his spare time enjoys following international events, politics and current affairs.
