Rosalyn (Rose) A. Jamili is a dedicated family law attorney recognized for her practical and holistic approach to resolving complex legal matters. With a background spanning more than 20 years in family law, she has served in various roles, including as a law clerk for the now Presiding Judge of San Francisco, Christine Anne Massullo, and the Supervising Judge of the Family Law Department in San Francisco, Monica F. Wiley. Her expertise encompasses contentious dissolutions, mediation, settlement negotiations, and navigating intricate financial and custody disputes.
Over the course of her legal career, Ms. Jamili has held positions in private practice and served as in-house counsel for a tribal government, where she collaborated with judicial officers and social workers, tackled high-stakes asset division, and addressed a range of issues—from contentious dissolutions to real estate, state licensing procedures, and environmental law. Her achievements include guiding teams on multi-million-dollar asset liquidations, developing comprehensive case strategies, and securing favorable settlements in complex family law matters.
A magna cum laude graduate of Fresno Pacific University with a major in Pre-Law and a minor in Peacemaking and Conflict Resolution, Ms. Jamili earned her Juris Doctor from Golden Gate University School of Law. There, she received several academic accolades, including the CALI Award for Excellence in Property and the Witkin Award for Highest Grade in Legal Research and Writing. She also served as an executive comment editor for the law review.
Recognized as a Rising Superstar by Northern California Super Lawyers in 2021 and 2022, Ms. Jamili is actively involved in her community.
