SAN JOSE, California—Seabrook Law Offices, a divorce and family law firm, held a “Paint and Sip,” a three-hour team-building exercise, on July 13 designed to bring together remote and in-office staff for three hours of fun and camaraderie. The event proved to be such a success that the firm plans to hold one every quarter.
“Since we have quite a few folks working remotely, we wanted to invite our team to participate in an in-person gathering, where they could have some fun, connect, and engage in a shared activity,” says Paul Seabrook, Founder of Seabrook Law Offices. “This was the first time we’ve held an event like this, and based on its success and our team’s feedback, we plan to host a team-building exercise every quarter. Helping clients navigate divorce while putting their children first is rewarding and challenging. Our Paint and Sip allowed everyone to relax and get to know each other more personally. I look forward to the next gathering.”
